A young and dynamic team, the rooms are very clean, well-designed, and lack nothing. The food in the restaurant/cafe is unparalleled in the surrounding area. A feel-good atmosphere is definitely present. The most beautiful thing is the sunrise on the upper floor. From the owners' welcome, hospitality, cleanliness, and room amenities to the exceptionally good and delicious fresh cuisine. You could feel and taste that a professional with extensive experience and passion was in charge of the kitchen. You could see the attention to detail in every corner of the hotel. We ate at Roots (restaurant) in Gomaringen with our child and felt completely at home from the start. The service was extremely attentive, warm, and absolutely child-friendly. The German cuisine completely won us over: fresh ingredients, great quality, and truly delicious food. You can tell the passion that goes into the work here. The value for money is also absolutely perfect. We particularly like the cool concept with two dining rooms and two different menus in one restaurant – we definitely want to try it out! This keeps every visit exciting and varied. We will definitely be back and can recommend Roots to anyone who wants to enjoy good German cuisine in a cozy atmosphere.

We recently visited Roots' gourmet restaurant during the week. The ambiance is cozy and the decor stylish. The food was beautifully presented and delicious! Our main course, which was already a 9/10, was even surpassed by the appetizer and the amuse-bouche! These impressed us with their exceptional finesse. We were absolutely delighted! Compliments to both the service and the kitchen! We're already looking forward to our next visit, especially since Roots is just a stone's throw away for us and the prices are very reasonable!
